Return Policy

We sincerely hope you enjoy all the benefits of your Oscar Senior subscription. We understand that your needs may change, and we want to make the process of returning your Oscar Senior subscription and/or device as easy as possible for you.

If for any reason you decide to cancel your subscription and return your Oscar Senior and its accessories, please email us at support@oscarsenior.com to notify us that you wish to cancel and make a return. After requesting a return, we will follow up with you via phone within 2 business days. We will provide instructions on how to ship the hardware (if any) back to us at that time, and please note that you are responsible for shipping and postage.

Our fulfillment center will process your returned hardware within 2 business days of arrival. While there are no refunds or prorations for returned hardware on a monthly plan, if you are on an annual subscription plan, you will receive a prorated refund for the time remaining on your subscription. Once your returned hardware is processed, you will receive no further charges, and your subscription will be canceled. We believe that feedback from our customers is invaluable, and to help us serve you better in the future, we may ask for any feedback you may have to offer during the phone call.
